''Our recent research paper on the integration of conflict and violence-induced refugees residing in the western region of Ghana shows that refugee integration is more than shelter; it's about rebuilding lives and futures."

Through NeverLate Network Africa, in collaboration with the Ghana embassy in Italy, Kwabena has safely and voluntarily returned to Ghana. Thanks to Abdoul Gafari and these two other gentlemen (each holding a kid) who bought a direct flight ticket for Kwabena from Rome to Accra). Special thanks to the FCO Rome Airport immigration service for their wonderful support and to the Ghana airport immigration officers, especially Mr. Alfred,  Amon and all the fraud office officers. As we landed in Accra, I could see for the first time Kwabena enjoying all the nostalgic breeze he had been missing for the past years. He has been battling a series of depression and trauma, but now he's home, Kwabena!  In Lampedusa, Italy, a lot of migrants want to return to Africa, specifically Ghana, but lack the resources.  Neverlate Network Africa urgently needs your financial support for this important assignment.

 COMING SOON !!!!

 Reintegration 2025 Conference in Ghana.

We were at the German Network for Forced Migration Conference in Bonn!

In September 2024, Neverlate Network Africa was invited to the Forced Migration Conference. Our Research Lead, Mr. Joseph Naquentera participated and joined in the discussion.  Indeed, forced migration has evolved so quickly over the years that prompt response and robust Anticipatory Humanitarian Action are needed.
Special thanks to the Director of BICC, Prof. Dr. Corald Schetter; the Coordinator, Marrit Thiem; and the organizing team leader, Aras.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the discussion on forced migration.

" Most of our brothers and sisters abroad are facing numerous challenges, especially with mental health. Family back home, please limit the financial obligation on your relatives abroad!!! For once, call them to inquire how they are doing but not to request further help."

At the 2024 BICC conference in Germany, we engaged in discussions of research papers tilted towards reintegration policies. Meet Ms. Nyima (middle), a migrant journalist in Berlin, as well as Mr. Femi (extreme right), a migrant publisher in Berlin. These wonderful people are also advocating for effective reintegration in Germany.
